The birth of new Culture and the rise of Civil Society to its rightful place.
Now is the hour.
We face an ever‐deepening global crisis – economic, social, environmental – a crisis we have created.
What do we do?
1. To help the out-of-school youth engage in various group activities that will promote their social, economic, physical, mental and spiritual development,
2. To encourage, create and facilitate worthwhile opportunities for self expression and development of proper attitudes and behavior for self-awareness and self-fulfillment.
3. To develop and strengthen basic, social, spiritual and cultural values, enhance social functioning and develop responsibility of the youth for the betterment of his/her self, family and community.
4. To prepare the youth for maximum participation in the community through various activities that will promote social and economic development such as food production, community volunteer work, health and nutrition, population awareness, promotion of children’s rights, disaster preparedness, relief operation and community organization.
5. To receive gifts, donation, contribution, financial assistance grants or loans from whatever source to invest and reinvest, collect and pay whereof as may be determined by the officers of the organization in order to pursue its goals and objective
